Frequently asked questions
Do suppliers need to register?
No. The supplier receives a personal link by email and submits the offer in the browser, attaching their own files. The form is in their language.
Does AI choose the winner?
No. AI only reads the offer files and suggests values — you see each one and can correct it. A person always chooses the winner, and the system records who did it and when.
How is the price compared?
The same way for every offer: price, delivery and other costs, recalculated for VAT. If your company is VAT-registered, offers are compared excluding VAT. You can add other weighted criteria.
Can we use our own report form?
Yes. Upload your own Word template with fields and the system will fill it in for every purchase.
Which languages are supported?
Lithuanian, English and Russian. Each employee chooses their own language, and suppliers see emails and forms in theirs.
Is it suitable for EU-funded and grant purchases?
Yes. Verdika prepares a comparison report with dates and supplier details. Check the specific requirements in your programme rules.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in the EU. The AI provider is European and does not use your data for training.
